The video project began with a purposeful decision to film during the National Massage
Championship 2023, aiming to create a genuine educational and experiential journey. Although the outcome of the championship was uncertain, we were determined to give it our best shot.

The video provides an in-depth guide to harmonizing all judging criteria, explaining the creation of a massage routine from start to finish. It covers every technique, posture, movement, and body mechanics detail, offering insight into their anatomical, beneficial, and effective aspects.
The goal is to show how these elements integrate into a competition routine.

The video also explores the origins of techniques, distinguishing between Western and Eastern influences and their complementary nature.
It discusses the careful planning and considerations required, including equipment, tools, complexity, and practicality.
As well as tool to learn new techniques and sequencing, the video takes viewers on an anatomical journey through bodywork, soft tissue, connective tissue, and stretching practices from both Eastern and Western styles.
It also shares my methodology for Championship Massage preparation, reflecting on experiences from preparing for the 2019 World Massage Championship to today.

Ultimately, the video aspires to be a comprehensive educational resource for massage therapy and therapist, aiding in the learning and development of new techniques and approaches.
